I'm stuck on the phone right now listening to my friend bitch about how she got a low evaluation because she is always late. She is saying they should take into account bad weather and traffic problems. I want to say, "But you are ALWAYS late." I worked at the same school with her last year. She is late every day. She is asking me if she should file a greivance. I am starting to see that this woman really has no positive things to discuss ever.
