It just happened. He spoke to me. He said, "Hola." I said, "Hi." Damn it! Why didn't I say "Hola"? Oh and then I ran back inside the apartment (I was on the patio). I'm such a dork.
Anyway. Much much more happened today and it involved sex t0ys. I'll be back later to report.
