Why I feel disgruntled at work...

reasons why i feel a little disgruntled at work:
no time to teach
our school seems to be the last to know about anything
administration does not include teachers in important decisions that affect their classroom
our team doesn't work together (not truly..not like we should)
a certain t.a. thinks she is in charge of the universe
no time to teach
there are some incompetent teachers that are being overlooked because the principal avoids any kind of uncomfortable situations
number one reason why i feel disgruntled at work: NO TIME TO TEACH!
