Yesterday was hard. We went to see the two girls. They saw everything that happened. Every single thing. The two girls and their father had nothing to do with what happened. They were just in the wrong apartment at the wrong time. I am sorry they lost their dad, but I'm so glad they are okay. The four police officers were not fatally wounded. The man who did all this was killed by police in a gunbattle.
Domestic violence is such a horrible, horrible thing. I don't know what else to say about it.
